This was a wild read You have your military man unwed pregnant woman formula with a twist It involves a little bit of supernatural mixed with secrets and lies There are a few spelling and grammatical mistakes that didn t take away from the overall enjoyment of this read but I wanted to choke Lucas male lead at times You just want to scream at your Kindle Get over it man and move on You made the decision to do this without giving away the plot now deal or let go 117 4 stars I truly loved this story it was so lovely Kudos to the author Keep them coming ma 117 This is my first story by this author. A chance at love book 2 This is Bailey and Lucas story This was an engaging read and I read it in one sitting I liked both Bailey and Lucas However I did want to shake Lucas when he did not want to let go of the past and grab on to what was right in front of him which was Bailey. A chance at love pdf reddit The book did have some editing issues but I did not let this spoil my enjoyment of the story I cannot wait to read Noah s story 117 I loved the pregnant heroine and college student Bailey Henderson and hero Captain Lucas Davenport in A Chance at Love It was all about both characters getting a second chance through a marriage of convenience but divine intervention played a major role throughout the course of this truly inspiring story Another character Noah Lucas younger brother is a memorable busy body and the story ended with his seeking out his ex girlfriend and their two year old daughter so that alone sounds promising for another book after this one This book had so much potential but the poor editing grammatical errors destroyed a 5 star rating Would I still recommend it Sure I would please bear in mind I did mention grammatical errors 117 This story was very sweet if you can get past the poor editing It s a story about a marriage of convenience between two people who need each other than they are willing to acknowledge Through the many ups and downs of trying to build a relationship they figure out they have in common than they could imagine With help from a little divine intervention they seem to be on their way to becoming a real family but secrets come out that can make or break their already fragile relationship Even though I enjoyed the story the editing issue is the reason I didn t rate it higher 117
